Summer 2025 Term
The YSJC Summer 2025 term consisted of 50+ local and virtual middle school students in 6 subject groups led by a high school mentor: Neuroscience, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Psychology. Students studied two research papers and created a capstone project comprised of a final presentation and a comprehensive literature review article, which are compiled in the YSJC Journal. After weeks of preparation, students presented their work and findings at a final showcase session where they also received certificates of completion and gained insight from an International Science and Engineering Fair judge guest speaker.
